Jack - Play, then Work

He was never going to get used to this. It wasn't as if they spent all their time together, this was still new after all, but they spent enough time that waking up in Jack's fucking hobbit hole happened more than Logan liked.

"You need a real bed. And a real bedroom. ...And sheets that don't date back to World War One," he complained, rubbing his face as he sat up and turned on the light.

"Can't wait to bring that through customs," Logan snorted.

Jack laughed loud and long at the very thought. When it faded away, Jack was left smiling at Logan.

"Maybe we can order one off Amazon and save some poor customs agent's day."

"And it's not even my birthday," Logan quipped.

Jack shook his head and rolled his eyes. He'd missed Logan's wit more than he'd realized.

"Maybe I don't want to know what's going on with you," he said. Maybe he should just be happy with it for now and not worry about why or how.

"That's always been my approach and it's worked so far," Logan replied.

"How do you simultaneously make me feel both young and ancient?" he sighed.

[logan_echolls]

"Pure talent, captain," Logan replied, moving closer and pushing the pizza boxes aside.

Jack watched him closely and wet his lips.

"Pure talent," he repeated. "I'll buy that."

[logan_echolls]

Logan moved closer still, starting to kiss Jack's neck- Light, teasing kisses.

"Oh, yeah...that's talent," he sighed, tipping his head back. One arm slid around Logan to feel him close. He swallowed hard as he let everything else in the world drop away.

Logan chuckled softly against Jack's ear.

"If you think that's talent, you should see what I can do with my tongue."

"Are you trying to seduce me?" he asked. "Because you're actually doing a really good job..."

[logan_echolls]

"Since when do I have to try?" Logan asked, nipping at Jack's neck before straddling his lap.

"Well, never, really," he admitted. Jack ran his hands up and down Logan's thighs and looked at him in wonder.

[logan_echolls]

"Yeah, well, you've never needed to try either," Logan said softly, looking just a bit bashful, as if there was still a small part of him who was self-conscious about being bi.

He trailed his hands up Logan's body, up his chest and finally he took hold of Logan's face in both hands.

"I might be rusty. I haven't tried in...a while."

[logan_echolls]

"How long?" Logan asked, genuinely surprised. He'd assumed with himself out the way Jack would be back to shagging whoever he liked.

He had to think about that for a minute.

"Eleven years," he finally answered.

[logan_echolls]

"...Wow," Logan replied, genuinely shocked.

[im_torchwood]

"I got kind of picky," he explained.

[logan_echolls]

"How picky?" Logan asked curiously, still perched on Jack's lap.

[im_torchwood]

"If I couldn't see me sticking around for their entire lifetime, I just didn't try anything. And there's a lot of people I don't see forever in," he said. "But there's forever with you. It's fate."

[logan_echolls]

"Epic," Logan said quietly, leaning in and resting his forehead against Jack's.

[im_torchwood]

"Epic," he agreed, then tilted his head so he could kiss Logan deeply.

[logan_echolls]

Logan moaned into the kiss, pushing Jack's coat off his shoulders and starting on the buttons of his shirt.

"Jesus, you still wear way too many layers," he complained.
